ReadersCircle.com Terms of Use Agreement
1. Definitions
"You" refers to any user of ReadersCircle.com, whether a registered user or a guest on the site.
"We" refers to ReadersCircle.com and any successor of ReadersCircle.com.
2. User Eligibility
ReadersCircle.com is an online dating service and you must be 18 years of age or older to use the website. By accepting these terms of use, you represent and warrant to ReadersCircle.com that you are 18 years of age or older.
3. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement
By registering as a user on ReadersCircle.com you agree that you have read and that you understand and will abide by the terms and conditions set forward in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement").
4. Privacy of Information
We will never disclose your personal information to any third-party, whether for advertising or other purposes. The sole exception is to a government agency as required by law.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree to use ReadersCircle.com in a manner that does not violate any of the following conditions:
a. You will not misrepresent yourself in your personal profile or in private communications regarding your profession, education, income, occupational or relational status or in any other manner.
b. You will not post, upload or send "adult" content, including but not limited to nude photos or the use of obscene, vulgar, or otherwise offensive language.
c. You will not harass other members or engage in any form of offensive behavior, including but not limited to the posting or sending of communications or photos which are hateful, abusive or slanderous of any group or individual.
d. You will not use ReadersCircle.com in any commercial manner, whether to advertise a service or product, to solicit funds or to make a promotional offer of any kind whatever.
e. You will not post to your profile any contact information, including but not limited to email addresses, chat usernames, social networking profiles, URLs, phone numbers, or identifying names.
f. You will not use ReadersCircle.com to upload any malware or otherwise interfere in any way with the site's proper functioning.
6. Account Termination and Blocking of IP Address
Violation of any of the above terms and conditions may result in the termination of your account and the blocking of your IP address.
7. Limitation of Liability
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU USE READERSCIRCLE.COM AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT READERSCIRCLE.COM DOES NOT CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS OR SCREEN MEMBERS IN ANY WAY. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU SOLEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS ON READERSCIRCLE.COM AND THAT ALL APPLICABLE LAWS GOVERN YOUR BEHAVIOR ON THE SITE JUST AS THEY WOULD IN ANY OFFLINE INTERACTION.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ReadersCircle.com and its officers, owners, and agents harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of ReadersCircle.com in violation of this Agreement.
9. Modifications
ReadersCircle.com reserves the right to update this Agreement. Changes to the Agreement will be posted here and may be sent as well via email.
